Return & Exchange Policy – The Fabric Story

At The Fabric Story, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your request is approved, you may return the item following the instructions provided by our support team. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will either send a replacement item or process your refund according to our refund policy.

Please note that items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
