Refund Policy – The Fabric Story

At The Fabric Story, we strive to provide high-quality men's unstitched shalwar kameez and suiting fabrics. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

To start a refund request, customers must contact our support team with their order number and reason for return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
